Roseline Deleu (Feng Shui Steps.com) interviews
Jose Toussaint (wynnummarket.com.au)

1.      Please Jose, tell our readers briefly WHEN, HOW, WHERE or in WHICH circumstances we met
I met Roseline in Brisbane when I saw an add posted for a Feng Shui workshop in 2005. I recently migrated to Australia and was looking for likeminded people. I contacted Roseline and we stayed in contact ever since. It is always a real pleasure when Roseline visits us at Wynnum Market.

2.      Since we met, could you share what is the most interesting Feng Shui result that you have experienced?
extravagant decor with recycled goodsI have noticed that as soon as you look after ‘magic square’ sector 4, your business works better 🙂 Also I have learned when you purchase secondhand items such as mirrors, some ‘odd’ energy is  attached to it. Roseline has often shown us when she visits Creative Treasures @ Wynnum Market how changing things around, the energy flows better and business changes in a positive way.

3.      Let’s talk more about you now Jose… Tell us a little about yourself and your shop “Creative Treasures @ Wynnum Market”
Each client is importantOriginally Holland, I migrated first 12 years to New Zealand, which I loved. We came to Australia in 2005. I have always loved selling things and have done markets for a long time (since I was 12). Filing up cars and emptying when going and packing up the markets can be somehow very tiring so we thought why not opening a shop and have our stock in there and see if other people like to share with us. That’s how Creative Treasures @ Wynnum Market was created.

largest choice of vinyl4.      What are the five words that people would use to describe “Creative Treasures @ Wynnum Markets?
Exciting – Great Customer Service – Handmade – Music & Books – Vintage & Collectables

5.      What was the purpose of starting “Creative Treasures @ Wynnum Market” and how has the concept come about?
local brisbane exhibitionTo create a store for everyone. To give local artists the opportunity to expose their art and crafts. It is a place where exhibitors rent a space like they do at the markets. The difference, is that they don’t have to carry their items in and out daily. The other good point is that we get NEW exhibitors regularly and stock varies constantly.

 “Creative” = Art & crafts     “Treasures” = Collectables      @
“Wynnum” = is our locality   “Market” = many different people exposing their art and craftwork in our store in Wynnum Central.

local Wynnum Manly products and artists

Each artist or exhibitor rents their space in Wynnum Market.
We make sure their area stays clean and well organised. We give our clients the opportunity to hold workshops in our store.

We host Workshops in art & craft as well as Motivational Talks.

We are involved in Bayside Women in Business. (if you are a woman, you are in business!)

What is important to know, an item you might see and really like, might not be there next time you visit us! Often it is a one off product or the exhibitor is moving on.

In this little series of posts on ‘energy clearing’, let’s look into the memories and vibrations of second hand clothing.

To get rid of the energies stored in second hand clothes, definitely wash them before wearing. Buying leather or suede clothes are more difficult to cleanse as perspiration together with memories cannot be washed out; put those items regularly in the full moon.

Would you be wearing clothes of someone you know or knew, ask yourself how much of the memories linked with this person are you ‘carrying’ with you when they are on you? Then, respect yourself and decide if this feels right or not. When souvenirs and memories are good, keep them; on the other hand if they are making you suffer, question if you really want to hang onto them?

I welcome your questions and comments!
