MV TECOMAN, 442 ft ship (135 m) was having constant serious mechanical problems while sailing along the Pacific coast of Mexico in 2002 when one of the crew members suggested to the Captain the opportunity to bring his village ‘sorceress’ on board to see what was wrong.

What was there to loose?

She visited the vessel in the port of Pichilingue (La Paz). For the first time on board of a vessel, she asked the crew to all gather on the main deck so that she could visit and tune freely into the ship.

Without knowing anything about the issues nor the names of the motor parts, she told the Captain which motor was “ill”.

She described in details the internal mechanical pieces that had issues with her own words.

She then told the exact date when the problems started that correlated to the arrival on board of a man dressed all in black. How could she know?! There was indeed a Polish crew member who got on board at that exact date who wore black clothes.

Once she performed her exorcism, the ship was “free” and the ‘sick’ spare parts got changed, the nagging issues stopped! Most of the crew was initially sceptic but all could feel that something was indeed happening!

This story was kindly told to me by the Captain JPH himself.
I hope you enjoyed this story. Kind regards, Roseline Deleu http://www.fengshuisteps.com/psychic.html

“Dear Roseline, When I read some Feng Shui books, it seems my house is ‘bad’. How can I remedy?”

Statistically speaking, there are not many terribly ‘bad’ houses! The house that you have chosen is the one you fell in love with, the one who welcomes you and that you have something to learn from! In the past 20 years I have consulted thousands of places and only recommended to a few clients to move out due to major health issues.

Too many Feng Shui adepts see and focus on Fear in their lives. I choose to look at common sense first then add the amazing amount of possibilities that exist to make Feng Shui work for us! What sort of outlook on life do you prefer?

Remember – The Universe only sends you what you are capable to deal with. When you face a challenge you always find your solution!

Is “4” a bad number?

To Asian people mainly from Chinese origin, the number 4 is bad luck as in Chinese ‘four’ is written and sounds like the word ‘death’. Streets in Hong Kong have no number 4 house and in elevators you see 3rd floor and then 5th floor. No 4th floor! Definitely for them 4 is bad luck.

To non-Asian background people, this seems just like a very superstitious belief. Our past, history and cultures are different. To me number four is on the contrary very auspicious. In the Ba Gua it represents ‘Abundance, Wealth and Money’. What would you prefer? Keeping the superstition of the different cultures or focus on positivity and what this can offer you?

The home that you have chosen has a lesson to teach you, it represents you today. A home with a good vibration is stable and secures energy. It symbolizes solid foundations and protection. If you have been experiencing instability and uncertainty in your life, move in a ‘4’ house. In this house you will find your roots and plant the seeds of your dreams.

So a ‘4’ home is not bad at all! Always look at the bright side of Feng Shui!
