How much do you want to SELL your home ?
How quick do you want to go and how much are you prepared to WAIT ?
How much are you ready to invest to MOVE ON ?

These are important questions to consider and many forget that the art of placement of Feng Shui can definitely enhance your chances to sell your property to the right new owner.

People “fall in love” with the home they are prepared to buy. What is the first impression that you are giving them when they enter?

OUTDOORS—Ask yourself

1. Is my house number  clearly mentioned on my property and is my doormat welcoming?
2.  Is my doorbell in working order?
3. How tidy  and healthy does he garden look? Should I add some pot plants?

A  good 1st impression is essential

ENTRY—Ask yourself

1. What is the first thing that I see when I enter?
2. Is everything clean and in working order?
3. Are all the light bulbs operational?

LOUNGE & DINING—Ask yourself

1. To sell, did I remove our personal and family photos?
2. Are my seats welcoming the visitors?
3. Are all my windows clean?

FAMILY ROOM—Ask yourself

1. Did I store the videos and CD cases neatly out of sight?
2. Are my plants healthy ?
3.  Is everything well organised and de-cluttered?

BEDROOMS—must be

1. Encourage tasteful bedding
2. Soft lights on the bedside tables
3. Immaculate en-suite

OFFICE—must be

Tidy, shelves preferably with books sorted by colour and desk in the power position.

Feng Shui and Climate Change

These days, Feng Shui became a ‘trend’, a ‘fashion’. Let’s take a look to understand how Feng Shui all started…
Like in all countries worldwide, many centuries ago, ancient Chinese were well aware of Feng (Wind) Shui (Water). They built their huts safely away from the various natural dangers and potential disasters. Tucked away from the wind, their homes were warmer; located near a water stream for their daily use but not too close to the river as the heavy rains would wash away their homes in no time.

Lately, worldwide and more specifically in Australia, we went through many weather challenges. Floods in Queensland, fires in Western Australia and Yasi, the category 5 cyclone in the Tropical North.

When I wrote this article, the 8.9 earthquake hit Japan and Tsunami waves were raging.

What does Mother Nature tell us?

The message is simple: use your common sense first!

• Avoid buying a block of land or a home located in the flood areas – these days it is easy to check this updated information through Google search.
• Clear regularly the dead wood around your garden – in case of fire they would only contribute to bigger flames.
• Have a closer look at your belongings – do you really need all that you “have”?

If you only had 20 minutes to quit your place and save your life, what would you take with you?

Look around your home and think of minimising or de-cluttering your material possessions to those that you just NEED and ENJOY. After all, in life, what matters are the emotions!
Material possessions are only important for the joy they give us.

Feng Shui for Taxis

This story happened a few years ago and as I am about to go and wash my lovely car, it reminded me that it was a good idea to share this with you…

Donna is one of my Feng Shui Practitioners living on the Sunshine Coast (Australia), here is her story:

Roseline, I’d like to tell you about great results from Australia Day just past.  My eldest son is busy saving for his overseas trip in 2010.  As a part of his savings plan he has taken on cab driving as a form of extra income. He called me on Australia Day, after leaving at 4.30am expecting  many fares and… stated how incredibly quiet it has been all morning.

As a result of my training and using  Feng Shui tools on a daily basis, I suggested he cleaned the windows of the cab, with attention, good intents, care and love while waiting for his next fare.  Not long after he texts back ‘Thanks Mum, awesome things are happening now’ and he continued to be busy for the rest of that day and in fact in subsequent shifts blessings of all shapes and sizes appeared. 

Love and care can be applied to every part of our lives, whether it be at home, at work, in the classroom, wherever we are and whatever we do, as stated here, even for taxis ! Welcome Feng Shui into your life e v e r y day and feel some exciting and wonderful results for yourself! Donna 🙂

Family Harmony through Feng Shui Understanding

Dear Roseline, Everything you have taught me over the last five years has served me and my family very well. Sharing your knowledge and experiences with me, together with prayer, has helped me not only survive it also enabled me to make changes whenever and wherever possible which in turn has had a positive effect on all around us, some may even be thinking ‘ah, is there more to life than I thought’.

Prior to completing the Feng Shui Practitioner Course with you, I would not have known even where to begin.

Being an Earth 2 (who has been wearing wooden beads quite often with intention lately), with three Wood 3’s, two Earth 8’s and one Fire 9 in our household, man, have there been changes in this household! The powerful and useful tools that you, Roseline, have shared with me over time has helped my confidence to grow, which I so needed, especially amongst all the adversity in this new year. The benefits have also passed on to my children, family members and friends.  I am so loving the connection I feel with Spirit, which has been highlighted since completing the course, and with all of God’s little creatures and symbols that surround me – it feels great and fills me with a deep sense of peace and comfort.

Little reminders of these wonders come every single day and I give sincere thanks for them.

Feng Shui Power of Changes

I still recall my first experience with Feng Shui, I was amazed at how quickly it worked! I met Roseline Deleu and put some of her Feng Shui advise into practise. I decided to experience it on my relationship as this needed a lot of enhancement.

Looking at the layout of my house I realised that the ‘Love’ area was in the laundry—wow, what a mess no wonder things weren’t going good….So I set to work cleaning it, the window, the cupboard the sink the whole room from top to bottom with the intent to have a happy relationship. This cleaning process took me a good hour and a half. When I finished it sparkeled. Then, I created a collage of happy couples in all sorts of situations (eating, kissing, walking,…) I displayed the collage and added a rose quartz crystal on the laundry shelf.

WITHIN ONE HOUR my daughter’s ex boyfriend, who she had a huge fight with and he was spreading vicious rumours about her, knocked on the door to apologise and asked to be friends.

THE NEXT DAY, my previous boyfriend called me to rekindle our friendship too.

It really blew me away on how quickly and how extensively Feng Shui really shifts the energy and the situation. So… don’t underestimate its power! – Birgit
