Electro magnetic fields (EMF) and Wi-Fi seem to be everywhere these days.
For a good health, it is essential to keep AWAY from them while we sleep, this is to allow our bodies to recover.
Another good point to compensate is to regularly connect with nature – being gardening or walking in National Parks.
