When Mercury retrogrades

delays, hicups, mercury, retrograding

waiting for Mercury to go forwardAs I am preparing this post, the good old Mercury planet is retrograding. It does happen a few times per year each time usually for around 3 weeks approx.

What does it mean?
To my humble experience, here is what I have discovered (and this corresponds to what Astrologers say):

It is then the BEST time to RE-view, RE-think, RE-schedule, RE-do… Yes, you are getting it, ‘RE’ + a verb of your choice.
It is also ideal time to work on your past issues and challenges and heal those times and parts of your life.

It is the WORST time to change phone, internet connection, buy electrical items, sign contracts etc. Do NOT start a new project (I did this once and even though it was a wonderful project, it never saw life).

When Mercury challenges me, I see appointments re-scheduled 2 or 3 times, typo mistakes in my emails, words disappearing (or my brain skips them) when I write articles—so I hope this one is readable for you 🙂

 Step 1—Live the Moment
When it is “MR” time (Mercury Retrogrades) then live the “N” time… The NOW!

bicycle with square wheelsThere is no point of wanting to be in Control! When Mercury is retrogrades, there will be many moments that you will feel like riding this blue bicycle with square wheels and you will be riding it up on a sandy hill – I am sure you get the picture!

Step 2—Laugh
Once you understand that situations are evolving “interestingly” during Mercury retrograde (one step forward, two backwards), you know that it is out of your hands. Smile.
Stay alert to which buttons Mercury is pressing on your “stress dashboard”!

Consider life as an adventure,“M” (Mercury retrogrades) times are filled with surprises.
Smile, laugh and detach from control.

Prepare, review and wait for the opportune (favourable) moment to make things happen.

A good trick to uplift your moods

February has been a challenging month for many… filled with movements and changes and asking you to adapt FAST to new situations! You had to say ‘goodbye’ to the comfortable cocoon where you were. What you can’t see as yet is that… it is for the better (you’ll remember this in a few weeks time)!

sad and happyFor those of you who would lack ‘grounding’ and seem to carry a uncomfortable feeling/consciousness/anger/sadness/resentment/etc… here is a very good trick: HAVE A SEAL SALT SHOWER !

A shower to uplift your moods steps by steps:

1. Become conscious of what is ‘attached’ or ‘sticking’ onto your aura/ego and bothering you
2. Put some baroque music (for example Chopin) in your home while you go for a shower – this music will harmonize the space. Even better, play Jaroslav Kovaricek Feng Shui Acoustics CD see how to purchase it on the bottom of this post.
3. Add some water to 1 or 2 tbsp (table spoon) of good quality sea salt  let it turn into a sort of paste texture.
4. Ask for protection to your angels, guides, God (or who you usually ask)
5. Shrub this salt paste onto your body especially around your neck, shoulder and arms
6. Open the shower tap as you visualize all the negative energy/consciousness leaving with the water
7. Be in gratitude for this process and sing ‘thank you’ in the shower

Wash yourself with some soap if you wish and dry yourself. As you come out of your bathroom, the music will have cleared and rebalanced some of the vibes inside your home.

For those who like… eat a little piece of (Belgian) Dark chocolate as a reward – my favorite!

Uplift your moods with Roseline DeleuYou are now ready to move forward in your path with a new boost of good energy!

Types of Chi

chi, types of Chi

Chi is a life essence, a motivating force. It animates all things. This word could also be a synonym of cosmic breath or energy. Chi is also the most important component of Feng Shui.

3 different types of Chi influence our lives:

a)      Chi animates our bodies
The quality of our personal Chi can be improved with daily exercises, good food and a balanced life

b)      Chi circulates in the earth
Ley LinesThe earth energies influence our health. Underground water veins and ley lines have to be detected before completing a physical healing process.  This is why dowsing and water divining are part of my Feng Shui teaching and consulting.

c)      Chi permeates the universe
We cannot change our time of birth nor the stars in the sky at that particular moment. Feng Shui relates this to Heaven Chi. In order to help us achieve life change, I consider our heaven on earth and relate it mainly to our home, sometimes to our office and daily surroundings. Placing our furniture to promote a gentle Chi flow alters our lives for the better. If your astrology forecasts an accident on a particular day, having a correct Chi flow around you will decrease the strength of your life lesson and for example, you might just twist your ankle rather than crashing your new car.

sad and happyEach kind of Chi influences the other. All of us possess a personal Chi (we are not only flesh and bones). We vibrate; our aura expands and retracts depending on our health and moods. Our cells continually regenerate, yet our basic self is the same, that constant self is our personal Chi. Chi is the essence maintaining our physical and emotional balance, our environmental stability and the universal equilibrium.

Chi flows fast, slow, up, down, high low, in, out. It also rises, falls, sinks, floats, bends, twists, curves, inflates, and deflates.

Chi travels along curves, waves, spirals, mazes, labyrinths or straight lines. It pulses through electrical fields and disperses with the wind.

‘Bad’ Chi
Negative Chi is called Sha Chi. Chi becomes Sha Chi when it carries unfavourable currents that will affect you negatively. Sha Chi drips. It oozes through cracks, holes, broken windows and chipped items. It accumulates and stagnates in dead corners and sharp angles. Sha Chi is aggravated by bad smells, too bright lights and loud irritating noises. Sha Chi can be felt, sensed, smelled, heard and tasted. It is dangerous, sharp, rotten, contaminated, polluted, toxic and painful. It can be internal or external, hidden or apparent and it affects physical, mental, spiritual and social conditions.  Sha Chi is also produced on a grand scale by geographical faults and fissures in the earth.

pink rose for LoveValentine’s day today…

Offer PINK roses for LOVE or RED roses for PASSION.

For those who are single for the moment, download this PINK ROSE picture and save it as screen background for your mobile phone and/or computer! This flower is uncut so still alive 🙂

We don’t have to be in a relationship, being single it’s OK too!

Roseline Deleu Business CardI chose a red rose as my emblem for following reasons…
1. Feng Shui is my one of my passions
2. It helps people to remember my name ‘Rose – line’ (the line of the Rose)
3. I am very passionate about life too!

Floods & Material Possessions

10 Sunday Feb 2013

clutter, feng shui steps, floods, live with the minimum

after the floodsRecently I went to visit a friend where floods hit here in Australia a couple of weeks ago. He lives near a river and during the floods… he lived IN the river!

Wind (Feng) and Water (Shui) are powerful as well as all the other Elements we encounter in Nature!

overflow of clutterI am always amazed to see how much stuff people put downstairs in their garages (and never use) – all what is illustrated in the side picture got lost in the floods of one family only – as in this village (known for regular floods) inhabitants can only live on the top floor. Imagine how much has been dumped for the whole village !

It made me think… how much these people are going to buy now and loose next year again (they had a flood last year too)…

And you… how much overstock of un-necessary items do you have around your place? Floods and Fire make you reconsider your life priorities. Material possessions are only important for the JOY they give you.

feng shui moving house, moving house check list, prepare your move

Moving HouseMoving house is one of the top stressful time of your life (together with grieving, divorce and losing one’s job).
Moving house gets you out of your comfort zone, of old routines and habits.
Moving house can be daunting so I prepared for you a Feng Shui manifesting Check List to start making your move as smooth as possible…

Before the Move
You know that you are soon to move and don’t know where yet.

List 11 major points that you wish to find in your next home for example:

  1. –          Size :                  studio, 4 BDR home, share accommodation?
  2. –          Annexes:            shed, garage, carport or car park
  3. –          Site:                   preferred suburb or area
  4. –          Specifications:     modern, clean, tastefully furnished or unfurnished
  5. –          Environment:      close to shops, schools, airport (choose)
  6. –          Neighbours:        quiet, young, old, like-minded people etc…
  7. –          Rental:                length of your lease (6, 12 months or other)
  8. –          Purchase:            bracket of the amount you are ready to invest
  9. –          Payments:          weekly rental or weekly mortgage repayment
  10. –          Other details:     other specific points that are important to you
  11. –          Timing:               ideal dates to coordinate your move

sorting your booksA clear cut with your previous (actual) home is important. Therefore, when you start packing, look at the items that you still wish to surround yourself in your new place.

Once you wrote down your Dream Home wish List it is time to date it and sign it then delegate to the Universe, it will look after it! In the meantime, check the usual ways to find a place and see what comes up.
