I’m sure you’ll get this one…
The blue Bicycle has square wheels that are hardly leading you anywhere = the Guilt & the Blame.
The pink unicycle is hands FREE and with a good balance, you go everywhere you want!
Step 1—Stop the Guilt & Blame Game (= the blue bicycle)
Listen to the words you use on a daily basis.
Change and adapt the wording of your sentences according to your personal truth.
For example—Don’t say : “Oh, I am so stupid, I forgot again”
Say instead: “I am getting better at remembering” AND smile – the humour will uplift the stress that you would have put on the initial blame.
Change “I can’t afford” into “I choose to spend my money differently”
Step 2—Be in Gratitude (= the pink unicycle)
As often as possible be happy with what is happening in your life. How can you do this? It is simple… You know very well that ‘control’ leads to stress, expectations, disappointments. Instead, make a few steps in the life direction you are ready to take, then observe and be in gratitude, see how smoothly all situations evolve.
It does not matter if you are good enough or if it is someone else’s fault… what matter is WHAT IS, the way you deal with it is more important.

You have given a very down to earth example by using the two types of bikes i feel this is a good example for parents to use with there childrend from an early age. I can just hear myself saying something like “ok kids it sounds like someone is riding a bike with square wheels come on lets jump on a bike that will take you forward allot faster” December 2012 for “Manifest your Dreams” and we are going national for that one. Thanks Roseline for your great tips am off to prepare a list of dreams. Tina
Dear Tina, I have met someone yesterday who thought that was a good analogy. She has a Monocycle… I am planning to go to her place and give it a go to ride it ! That will be fun 😉
The pressure in on for today’s interview Tina!
The fun is that I never know what you are going to ask me…
