climate change, connect with the land, feng shui practitioners, follow your intuition, listen to nature, material possessions, tsunami

These days, Feng Shui became a ‘trend’, a ‘fashion’. Let’s take a look to understand how Feng Shui all started…
Like in all countries worldwide, many centuries ago, ancient Chinese were well aware of Feng (Wind) Shui (Water). They built their huts safely away from the various natural dangers and potential disasters. Tucked away from the wind, their homes were warmer; located near a water stream for their daily use but not too close to the river as the heavy rains would wash away their homes in no time.

Lately, worldwide and more specifically in Australia, we went through many weather challenges. Floods in Queensland, fires in Western Australia and Yasi, the category 5 cyclone in the Tropical North.

When I wrote this article, the 8.9 earthquake hit Japan and Tsunami waves were raging.

What does Mother Nature tell us?

The message is simple: use your common sense first!

  • Avoid buying a block of land or a home located in the flood areas – these days it is easy to check this updated information through Google search.
  • Clear regularly the dead wood around your garden – in case of fire they would only contribute to bigger flames.
  • Have a closer look at your belongings – do you really need all that you “have”?

If you only had 20 minutes to quit your place and save your life, what would you take with you?

Look around your home and think of minimising or de-cluttering your material possessions to those that you just NEED and ENJOY. After all, in life, what matters are the emotions!
Material possessions are only important for the joy they give us.

Suggestion for Full Moon Ritual

Dear Roseline, Someone told me that on the full moon, I should place rock salt in a bowl and place it  inside my front door on the floor, I am not sure if this is Feng Shui, have you heard of this, Roseline? Thanks, Deidre

Dear Deidre, There are so many rituals that can be Feng Shui related! What you are suggesting here with the full moon is absolutely logic and a great way to welcome new and pure opportunities in your life!

The full moon is purifying, the rock salt too… putting all this in- or outside side your front door is a very good idea to refresh the consciousness of what enters your home. Good and purified energy will evidently attract new opportunities and good luck!

Good idea, I’ll do this upcoming full moon myself too.

Are you feeling down or depressed? Check the balance of light and darkness inside your home.

Do you open the curtains or blinds daily even in the rooms that are not occupied? Are all your light bulbs working? Are you decorative crystals cleansed regularly? All those little details are important.

Let the sun shine in the spare rooms. Change the broken light bulb in your lamp to brighten up your day, take (at least) one of your crystals and clean it under running water while connecting and talking to it.

Brighten up your life and enjoy the changes!

Hi Roseline, Remember how much you wanted my laundry to be worked on—which was in my relationship corner— for me to have real success with my intent to meet the right man… Having not been interested for a very long time… I decided to take action, and had a lady especially helped me with serious de-cluttering.

I placed two beautiful candle holders to represent a couple on the clean (de-cluttered) laundry window sill.  Literally exactly 7 days later I had my first communication with an amazing man ‘who is outside of the box’ and met him in person one week later.  We seriously cannot stop smiling and life is grand.  This is total flip out material to say the least.

My laundry was so transformed, that I would keep walking in there to admire it!  I know this is brief and it is so powerful 🙂 cheers my dear—love, Liz

Tribal Objects in your Décor

When artists create and craft their art, they put their moods and intents into it. Are they happy? Then their piece of art work will emanate happiness and you will feel it when it is displayed in your surroundings. Would they be depressed, sad, angry… those vibes will subtly influence your space and might affect your moods.

How does it work with tribal art and masks? Each item has a purpose, each has been charged with a ‘duty’. Their missions vary from Protection to Fertility and many other possibilities…

Be always aware of what they represent and only buy Art wisely and display accordingly.

Story – A lady client of mine was wondering why her boyfriend did not want to move in with her. Entering her master bedroom, there were two Warrior Masks from PNG (Papouasie New Guinea) on each side of her bed. Once removed, the boyfriend suggested himself moving in within that week!

Garbage bins and Feng Shui

What is really important is how you consider your garbage… I must say that emptying my garbage became a ritual. Each time I tie the knot of my plastic bag and bring it to the main bin, I symbolically get rid of past emotional challenges too. I smile and feel relieved. I then welcome joy and ease to replace what has been discarded.

Feng Shui wise it is important to empty your bins regularly and to clean them too! No-one likes a full, dirty or a smelly bin. While cleaning your bin, set a clear intent to manifest something good that will replace the challenge that you are cleaning away.

Feng Shui views on Belgian Mausoleum

Court St Etienne, esoteric symbols, esotheric symbols, Eugene Gobelet d’Alviella, feng shui for burials, many different cultures, mausoleum, sacred proportions, underground water veins, yin feng shui

Originally Feng Shui was better known in China under the “Yin Feng Shui”. Masters were called to define and choose the auspicious sites for the burial of the departed ones. Honouring the ancestors is essential in the Chinese culture. Minding their elderly relatives as well as caring for their ultimate rest place is believed to project good luck onto their descendants.

While travelling in Europe, I came across an interesting Mausoleum in the locality of Court St Etienne near Brussels in Belgium. Built by an erudite and visionary who travelled the world, the noble Eugene Gobelet d’Alviella passed away in 1925; his tomb is filled with esoteric symbols.

Its height of about 12 metres is sitting on a heavy stone square base of 5 metres. The cupola is held by well-proportioned columns that he calculated in great awareness of the sacred proportions. The ornaments on the monument are of symbols from many different cultures and religions, their engraving are decorated of precious golden leaves.

Gobelet’s aim with his mausoleum was to send out RESPECT and SERENITY. His interest in various religions and believes were to him the universal seek for harmony, love and respect to all people. The way Gobelet erected it in sacred proportions, with precise building materials on a Feng Shui area on top of an underground water vein was showing his wisdom of geomancy and communication with the Unseen.

The synergy of the symbols such as the Hebraic YHWH, the Celtic Hammer, the Swastika, the Alfa and Omega (only to name a few) combined with some of the quotes of Buddha, the Apostle Marc, Confucius were spreading through his mausoleum-antennae around the region and around the planet.

Unfortunately… over the years, his mausoleum was abandoned until recently when the authorities decided to renovate it.

I was lucky to visit the cemetery where the Mausoleum is located while a patient tradesman was cleaning its blue stoned roof. He shared with me the whole story of the renovation explaining that the fragile blue stone empty boxed roof had been filled with 3,000 litres of concrete and that it was leaking water ever since. That same morning he had met on site the architect in charge of the renovation project who was now talking of adding some lead to stop the water leak.

Hearing those very words, I felt the essences of Gobelet communicating with me and sharing his insight. They were destroying his work! They were annihilating the resonance of Serenity!

Gobelet’s initial aim of antennae was destroyed by filling the on purpose empty ‘resonating speakers’ felt like an outrage to his spirit. I was there to share this with Francis Lesire, the tradesman who was humbly following instructions. There is no coincidence. I dare even say that the architect’s interference with a sacred purpose could well become a serious threat and danger for him.

What will happen with this mausoleum is in the hands of Gobelet’s Spirit and future will tell.

In conclusion, I simply want to share my readers of the importance of RESPECT in every culture. In China, this Yin Feng Shui of burial sites is only kept in the outskirts of cities if so.

In Australia, we need to be aware of Aboriginal  Sacred sites and ask permission to pass or build there. Too often, urban designers don’t even realise that this first step is essential to the well-being of the new comers.

In Europe, with its crossed cultures, languages and religions, the heavy migration has changed the continent. The laxness of many, the ignorance of customs and the selfishness of each nationality have disturbed the harmony of most countries.

Nowadays, all over the world, too many people are ignorant of the simple act of asking, respecting and honouring others. Let’s hope that Gobelet’s antennae will be  repaired to its initial purpose so that we can all recover our inner Serenity. These days we read and often apply the Yang Feng Shui, with this I mean the ‘active’ Feng Shui for the living. Here we bring harmony in people’s lives applying correct Chi flow within homes, gardens and environment. Let’s remember to work in synergy with the Spirit of the Land. Whenever possible, let’s build in accordance with Sacred Proportions.

When you think that something ‘bad’ or ‘tough’ is happening, remember that life has its learning curves! It is a lesson. It often turns out that the outcome is something ‘good’ – even though you can’t really see it in this very moment.

The Universe will only send you situations that you are capable to deal with.

My Life Journey into Spirituality

Develop your intuition, feng shui sans compass, feng shui without chinese items, life journey, spirituality

It all started when I was 24 hours old with a massive urgent life saving surgery that had never been performed in that hospital. Did I experience a NDE (Near Death Experience)? Am I still the same soul that incarnated in this little body initially? I still question…

Anyhow, I always felt determined to survive and happy, embracing fully all possibilities and adventures life offered me: emotional adventures, health adventures, safe psychic adventures and many more!

From an early age, intuitive messages came through on a regular basis. My parents were not open to this process so I kept it quiet for many years – except perhaps… using this ‘gift’ with my friends at school and at work. We always had a great time.

I do connect my right and left brains and would love to encourage you to do so too. The right part (creative & intuitive) relates to your intuition, the left brain (logic & organising) is most of the time the one you use daily to get organised. That is what I did in my career as Logistics Executive for international companies. Then life changed, I left Europe and migrated to the other side of the world. Life took on a fantastic turn. I became ME.

Like many of you, I made my first ‘traditional’ steps with tarots – very popular in that part of Europe where I come from.  Later I discovered Reiki and quickly went into mastering Feng Shui in my own way, without any Chinese items and choosing to teach how to demystify this art of placement instead. Today, I literally AM the energy flow.

I met many people keen to develop their intuition. I have a gift, I am a teacher, I can share, I was ready! A few years ago I got a strong urge to create designs that you could compare to kaleidoscopes or fractals. They act like the diaphragm of a camera, in other words they are the gateway to what the higher self of my client is ready to reveal. In the designs I show my clients’ blockages and strengths, I suggest ways to move forward in life as well as encourage them to find their own solutions with or without my support. Those designs are a fantastic tool that I teach to those of you who wish to develop their intuition. The more you use your intuition, the better and more accurate it becomes.

I offer a few options… a reading for those who need guidance – 1.5 hour of intuitive counseling through Skype no matter where you are in the world! click here to know more… http://www.fengshuisteps.com/psychic.html
For those of you who are you ready to learn with me? My courses are also available through SKYPE which makes it easy to teach worldwide! Contact me through my website http://www.fengshuisteps.com/ I am looking forward to reading from you soon! Roseline Deleu

Connecting with the Elementals

As end of 2012 is approaching, I receive more and more requests from the Elemental Kingdoms for humans to connect with them. Interactions with Wind (Air), Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal (Rocks) are encouraged to be taken into consideration.

A simple exercise to get you started (for those of you who never thought about this connection): look around you and find each of the 5 elements that we follow in Feng Shui + the Wind. When you start your day, simply have a thought for each of them and be in gratitude.

Water – be happy when it rains because fresh water is essential to our survival
Wood – admire a beautiful flower or a tree and think of a compliment
Fire – look at the flame moving smoothly around and feel this soft movement caressing your aura
Earth – walk bare feet and feel its texture
Metal – ‘adopt’ a rock, hold it in your hands before you go to bed and share with it the best thing that happened during your day
Wind – breathe fresh air and be in gratitude to be in a non-polluted area
